Best Food Truck Burgers in Minneapolis
One thing we love about working in downtown Minneapolis is the variety of food trucks hanging out on 2nd avenue. Every weekday these ‘restaurants on wheels’ line up like tanks ready-for-battle. Crowds gather in anticipation of a hot meal cooked up quickly yet thoughtfully by these mobile makes of lunch delight.
One of the magical things about eating from food trucks is the essence of urban living. Hanging out on the street corner, paying a few bucks, then clumsily balancing your meal while you squat on concrete steps in the company of other downtown luncheoneers.
Much to our delight some of these vendors are providing an array of exquisite burgers that makes us hurry down to 5th avenue in hopes of beating the crowds; or worse, getting there before our beloved burgers have sold out. Yes, my friends, it’s bound to happen. Some of these burgers are gone within an hour. So without further adieu here are some of our favorites:
