Give Thanks to the Thanksgiving Burger at Burger Jones
While not the biggest fan of gimmicky burgers I couldn’t help but try the Thanksgiving Burger at Burger Jones this week. Thanks to my friendly and enthusiastic waiter I gave this concoction a try. The burger itself is made up of a turkey burger, topped with mash potatoes, stuffing, corn and slathered in gravy. And did I mention a side of home made cranberry sauce.
Seeing it was a burger I did my best to eat it by hand but after a few bites I resorted to the old trusty knife and fork. Having skipped lunch I devoured my pre-cursor to the real thing in a few weeks. Bordering on a hot turkey sandwich, the Thanksgiving burger left me satiated and logy just like on Turkey Day. If you get a chance stop down there this November.
